Live Fire, 7-15-06

Man this was a blast!! If you missed it, you missed it! Several real steel weapons were fired, including a few legal full auto’s, shotguns and the venerable Glock 21, full size .45 Sheriff’s issue pistol. A ton of fun (and expended lead!) was had. We will do it again!!

    Have to agree – it was a blast! Been a long while since I shot real steel (8-9 years), so I don’t think I did too bad…my groupings were close, just not near the center…that and I was trying point shooting for the first time. I was having some problems with the ammo I brought for the AR15, so SA said it would probably work in his other gun…little did I know it was a Colt LMG…happiness is full-auto, BABY!!! And if that wasn’t enough, when we went to the pistol range, he had a MP5 – also full-auto!!!
    Damn that was fun…we could have been there all day, and never gotten bored! Thanks again SA!!!

    I’m going to have talk with prospective babysitter and see if she can handle short notice/spur of the moment requests to watch the girls.

    I wish I coulda been there.
